One of six companies to receive highest honors at the Army’s Pathway for Innovation and Technology pitch competition, formally recognizing Grale as a necessary capability for the Army and securing a spot in an upcoming soldier exercise event.

Miami, FL – April 23, 2026 – Archaius was thrilled to close out April by attending eMerge Americas, a premier global conference highlighting the forefront of innovation in artificial intelligence, health, national security, and finance. With over 20,000 attendees from more than 60 countries, the event enabled the team to spend the week leading conversations with key decision-makers and investors about the need for ground-level signal resilience.
The company found incredible success at eMerge Americas, none more notable than becoming one of six winners at the Army FUZE xTech|Live competition. Held in partnership with the Joint Innovation Outpost and the 101st Airborne Division, the competition concentrated on four critical capability areas for the 101st's current operational needs. Out of 132 submissions, 83 live pitches, and 26 final presentations, Archaius convinced Army and DoW evaluators that resilient GPS and signal defense technologies are a priority investment.
Beyond the capital, the award formally validates that the U.S. Army and partner organizations need Archaius technology and opens pathways to increased cooperation, including exercise inclusion and rapid acquisition onramps within DoW.
“Winning at XTech in Miami has given us the opportunity to demonstrate alongside the 101st Airborne. This represents a true proving ground for our capabilities and ability to support an important mission,” reflects Archaius CEO James Upson. “We are approaching it with confidence. The Archaius technology suite is field-ready, and this is our chance to show what resilient signals look like in practice. We came to Miami to open doors, and now we are walking through them. The U.S. Army created a great pathway to help emerging technologies start-ups learn and integrate faster with the Army’s Pathway for Innovation and Technology (PIT) and Army FUZE, we are excited to be a part of this process.”
In May 2026, Archaius expands on this momentum at Fort Campbell alongside the 101st Airborne Division during the Week of the Eagles. The team is eager to demonstrate what Army-validated, field-ready signal resilience looks like in practice.
